What is the Cost?

A 50 minute session with any of the team costs £50.

Is counselling confidential?

Everything we talk about is confidential unless I believe you are at serious risk of physical, emotional or psychological harm to yourself or others. Limitations of confidentiality will be explained during our initial contracting and assessment session.

Can you provide telephone counselling?

Yes if you are unable to attend sessions for any reason I can offer telephone counselling or zoom sessions at the same cost as shown above.

Do you charge for missed appointments?

Yes. If your appointment is  cancelled with 48hrs notice then there is no charge. If it is cancelled between 24hrs-48hrs half of the session is payable. If  less than 24hrs notice is given full payment is required due to the space being held for you.
