I am a Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist with 20 years professional experience and I use an integrative approach incorporating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I believe that each person has the ability to affect change in their life by realising and drawing on personal strengths one discovers while being treated in a supportive, compassionate environment. My office is situated at Boardmills which is located just a few miles outside Carryduff, Ballynahinch and Saintfield. It is also 7 miles from Lisburn and 9 miles from Belfast. It offers privacy and parking is available.
